The man who, together with his wife Thérèse, managed to retain three Michelin stars for their restaurant for 23 consecutive years (!). An incredible achievement; even after Jonnie’s sudden death, the restaurant managed to retain its three Michelin stars this year.
The stories in the book are written by Joël Broekaert and are based on interviews with people who were close to Jonnie’s heart, both privately and professionally.
