Pulitzer opens Spritzeria in Amsterdam with the most delicious spritz cocktails
If there’s one drink that gives you a holiday-in-a-glass vibe, it’s the spritz. At Pulitzer’s Spritzeria, you can drink the cocktail all day long, in different varieties and sizes – and in one of the most beautiful courtyards in Amsterdam.
We love summery drinks that are simple to make. No complicated shaking and stirring, just a glass, plenty of ice cubes, a delicious liqueur, and a topping of sparkling water and prosecco (or cava). The spritz cocktail is simple yet versatile. You really don’t have to stick to the standard Aperol Spritz recipe; you can also swap the liqueur for Limoncello, Cointreau or Amaretto. Whatever you like best.
Pulitzer Spritzeria
Especially dedicated to the spritz, Pulitzer Hotel is opening the pop-up Spritzeria in its courtyard this month in collaboration with Limoncello producer Villa Massa. The spritzes come in three different varieties: Zest di Sorrento, made with Villa Massa Limoncello; Fragolina Spritz with Vermouth; and Electric Cherry with Villa Massa Amaretto. From fresh and tart to sweet and floral, all three are worth trying. The Spritzeria is open throughout July from 13:00 to 20:00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
