Ron Blaauw serves four-course frikandel dinner at Tapperij de Eeuwige Jeugd
Whether it’s the spiciest in the country or one with popping candy: we love frikandellen. Even more fun: during the Frikandellen Festijn, chef Ron Blaauw is serving our favorite snack in a very luxurious version for one night only.
More special than special
No boring frikandellen during the Frikandellen Festijn, but genuine Haute Frikandel. Especially for this evening, chef Ron Blaauw has created four exclusive, never-before-seen frikandellen, each inspired by one of his restaurants. The menu features the Viva la France, Gado Gado, Rendang and Shrimp frikandel, alongside these extra-special frikandellen, fries and salad will also be served.
Haute frikandel and craft beer
The frikandel dinner takes place at Tapperij de Eeuwige Jeugd, which means that alongside your frikandel, you can enjoy delicious craft beers such as Bullebak and Lellebel—or, of course, a fancy beer cocktail.

On Wednesday, October 28, you can join the Frikandellen Festijn. This Friday, September 25, tickets will be available here for €25 from 12:00 noon.
