Sergio Herman has something new: Apero Croquettes, Cheddarcheese Burger & Chicken Chunks
Sergio Herman never sits still. He opened a mussels restaurant, is working on a second restaurant in Antwerp and launched a ready-to-drink Martini cocktail last week. But the menu at his Frites Ateliers is also once again packed with the tastiest new snacks.
Starting today, the ‘Apero Croquettes’ are available at Frites Atelier. According to Frites Atelier, these mini croquettes are made using the same recipe as its shrimp, beef and cheese croquettes. Together with the accompanying homemade truffle and basil mayonnaise and tartar sauce, this trio is perfect for sharing (can you do that?!)
Cheddarcheese Burger
But there are more surprises on the Frites Atelier menu. The current Beef Burger is being replaced by the Cheddarcheese Burger. And my goodness, this really is a bun full of pure happiness. The brioche bun is topped with a grilled, juicy Black Angus burger, covered with a combination of melted Cheddar and Parmesan cheese. The crisp lettuce, pickled Jalapeño peppers and homemade Samurai sauce complete this mildly spicy and delicious sensation.
Chicken Chunks
Can it get any tastier? Absolutely, because the Chicken Chunks are also new on the menu: crispy bites served with Classic Mayonnaise and The Chefs Ketchup.
