The award-winning ‘Best Hamburger 2020’ can now also be ordered for home delivery
Delicious news for burger fans staying at home in Rotterdam and Amsterdam: you can now order the best hamburger in the Netherlands for delivery. And believe me, you’ll want to sink your teeth into this burger immediately. Because oh man, what a combination of flavours in one bun!
The Best Hamburger is made by the burger flippers at Ter Marsch & Co. And it’s not just any little burger. ‘The Gojira’, as it has been named, is a Korean burger served on an Asian bun with a patty made from dry-aged rib-eye and Japanese Wagyu beef (the kind of meat that makes meatlovers drool at the mere sight of the word).
A real mouthful
In addition to Wagyu, the burger is topped with sweet-and-sour mini cucumber, pulled pork, roasted pork belly, red onion, the citrus fruit yuzu, manuka honey, gochujang sauce (made from fermented beans) and nori cassava chips. Yes, that’s quite a mouthful, literally and figuratively, and the burger was therefore named the big winner at the recent Horecava.
