Ultimate outing: a frikandel tour on an E-chopper

Frikandel

Goodness, we’ve been walking a lot lately. In nature, definitely, but of course our favorite walks are the ones where we walk from one cocktail bar to the next (hello cocktail walk, vodka walk and Aperol Spritz walk!) or takeaway spots. But we’ve found another delightful tour, this time by E-chopper, starring: frikandels!

Yaaaaay, frikandels, you read that right! Enjoying a beautiful landscape and occasionally sliding one of those golden-brown lucky sticks down your throat; this sounds like the ideal King’s Day activity to me. Because while King’s Day is normally one of the best days of the year, there isn’t much to do this year. A frikandel tour still turns the day into a celebration. You visit 4 towns, eat 4 frikandels and tour the beautiful Waterland area along the way.

The tour takes you through Volendam, Monnickendam, Broek in Waterland and Marken. And in every town, you get a delicious frikandel—with sauce, of course. You take this fun outing on an electric chopper scooter. It can cover 50 kilometers, which is enough to visit these 4 places. To make sure you don’t get lost, you receive a map.

Requirement: a strong stomach

What do you need? A driving license, of course. Don’t have one? You can also choose to do the tour on E-fatbikes. You also need to have a pretty strong stomach, because 4 frikandels in one afternoon take quite a toll on your body, naturally. But King’s Day 2021 only comes around once, so go for it!

The frikandel tour (4-hour scooter tour including 4 frikandels) costs €49.50 and can be booked here.

And are you someone who simply never, ever wants to travel without a frikandel? With this frikandel map, you’ll never be abroad again without a frikandel in your hand!
