World’s best chef is coming to RIJKS
We already wrote about it this week: French restaurant Mirazur*** has been crowned the best in the world and is immediately fully booked. No worries! Because chef Mauro Colagreco is coming to cook at RIJKS* in Amsterdam. It also saves you a trip to France.
As if RIJKS weren’t already cool enough in its own right, Joris Bijdendijk and chef Mauro Colagreco are going to work together. For one day, they will create and serve the menu together in our capital city.
RIJKS x Mirazur
This will take place in autumn 2019. During lunch and dinner, you can enjoy this amazing collaboration here. And if you start crossing your fingers now, we estimate your chances are pretty good. No one knows the exact date yet, but it will be announced via the RIJKS Instagram account. We’re turning on our Instagram alerts already. See you there?
Restaurant RIJKS often collaborates with chefs (and certainly not the least of them) from all over the world. Think of Yotam Ottolenghi (Nopi, London), Richard Ekkebus (Amber, Hong Kong) and Joseon Alija (Nerua).
And pay attention: this will be the last time RIJKS enters into such a collaboration. With the restaurant’s fifth anniversary in November, there will be a change (?) in the restaurant’s events. Exciting!
