Christmas Wreath for Food Lovers: The Charcuterie Wreath

The time has come to get started at home and make things extra cozy for the holiday season. Pour yourself a glass of mulled wine (why not try white mulled wine!) and make a delicious charcuterie wreath. A festive centerpiece that will truly surprise your guests this year.

Of course, you don’t hang this wreath up, otherwise everything will fall off. Simply place the charcuterie wreath on the table, next to your mulled wine or champagne glasses.
How to make a charcuterie wreath
Use a large, preferably round, serving board and make little towers or roses from your favorite Italian charcuterie. Or French and Spanish charcuterie—whatever you like. Decorate your wreath with a few sprigs of rosemary, thyme and sage and, all right, add some cheese too (although that means it’s no longer ‘pure’ charcuterie, but hey, this is the time to be forgiving and relaxed).

Add some olives and cornichons in between, plus some winter fruit such as apples and juicy mandarins for color, and you and your guests will be all set! Many people have already beaten you to it and shown off their charcuterie wreath creations on Instagram. Take it as inspiration, get started and drape away (just in wreath form), and enjoy!
Even more charcuterie inspiration
And if you can’t make it crazy enough this Christmas, keep crafting and make a charcuterie chalet. Insane, but wonderfully soothing. And if you think it’s all a bit much? Just make a mini cheese and charcuterie board.
