YOU WANT THIS: Flügel oliebollen (and how to make them)

What’s your favorite oliebol? The Martini Pornstar oliebol? The one with beer? The oliedel (with frikandel!)? A Limoncello oliebol? Or just classic with raisins? Hard to choose? We get it. But these oliebollen filled with a Flügel cream might just become your new favorite!

Shotting a small bottle of the sickly sweet drink with the cap balanced on the tip of your nose is already festive, but with this Flügel oliebol you’ll really go out with a bang. For this recipe, you’ll first need to get to work and make the oliebollen with this recipe, or of course simply pick some up at the oliebol stand around the corner, and then all you’ll have left to do is make the cream filling and pipe a generous dollop into them!
How to make the Flügel oliebollen
- Cut the oliebollen halfway open. Then make the Flügel cream. Do this by mixing 100 ml Flügel with 100 ml water and 200 ml heavy cream. Once the mixture is ready, put it into a piping bag.
- Then fill the oliebollen with the mixture and you’re done!
